Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Mbox Viewer app and this website, owned by Color Vivo Internet, S.L. By using the App you accept these terms.

License

Mbox Viewer is distributed through the Mac App Store and is also subject to Apple's terms. The free version opens files up to 500 MB; upgrading to Pro removes that limit via a one-time in-app purchase.

Acceptable use

The App is a read-only tool for viewing your own email archives. You agree to use it lawfully and not to access data you have no right to.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed through the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple under its policy, as we do not process payments.

Warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Although it is designed never to modify your original files, we recommend keeping backups of your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Color Vivo Internet, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the App.
